We’re excited to celebrate this incredible milestone with you! Here, you’ll find all the important dates and information regarding your graduation in May, including ceremonies, deadlines, and events to help you make the most of this special time. Stay informed and get ready for an unforgettable journey ahead!

  • October 29th - Nov. 1st: College Application Week (by appointment)

    Office Suite Rm #270

    Counselors will be assisting with writing and submitting college applications. 

     

    Nov. 25th: Yearbook Photo Due

    Due by Monday, Nov. 25th by 3 P.M.

    Submit to Ms. McMillen

     

    December 10th - Senior Night

    6 P.M. – 9 P.M. 

    Dave and Busters

     

    January 3rd: Cap and Gown Orders Due

    Submit orders online.

    Students will not be permitted to participate in the graduation ceremony without a cap and gown. Late orders will not be accepted. 

     

    March 13th –  Senior Day

    8 A.M. – 1 P.M.

    Bulldog Activity Center

    Seniors will declare the next steps after graduation

     

    May 10th: Prom

    May 14th: Senior Recognition

    May 22nd: Commencement

    6 P.M. (Seniors report at 4 P.M.)

    1. Be in good standing by 3 P.M. on May 13 or you will not be permitted to walk.
    2. If you are late, absent or leave commencement practice early, you will not be permitted to walk. 
    3. Caps and gowns must be ordered by 1/3/2025. 
  • Academics:

    English – 4 credits

    Health/Physical Education – .5 credits/.5 credits

    Math – 4 credits

    Science – 3 credits

    Social Studies – 3 credits

    Fine Art – 1 credit

    Electives – 5 credits

     

    Competencies:

    Earn a passing score on Ohio’s high school Algebra I and English II tests (684 is passing). If you do not pass, you need the alternatives: Career activities, enlist, or complete CCP work. 

     

    Readiness:

    Earn 2 seals: Ohio Means Jobs, Industry Recognized, College Ready, Military, Citizenship, Science, Honors, Seal of Biliteracy, Technology, Community Service, Fine and Performing Arts, Student Engagement

    All orders must be received by December 13th to ensure timely delivery in the spring.

     

    Convenient Payment Options!
    Option 1: Pay in full with debit/credit card.
    Option 2: JPAY-This option divides your total cost of your order into 3 or 4 equal
    payments charged to your debit/credit card monthly. After the first payment has been
    charged (within 1-2 days of ordering) the remaining payments will follow automatically
    every 30 days. Jostens does not charge a fee for JPAY.
    Minimum purchase of $125 before handling is required for J-PAY

    Cap and Gown Unit includes the tassel. Please use your accurate height and weight to
    ensure proper size.
    ORDER ON TIME TO AVOID LATE FEES.
    Clothing items and some keepsake items are delivered 4-6 weeks after the order is
    received. They are shipped to your home via FedEx or UPS. You need to use a
    physical address if you are ordering these items.
    Caps, gowns and other graduation items are delivered at the school in the spring.
