McKinley Senior High School

 

McKinley High School, located at 2323 17th St NW, stands proudly next to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. With a dedicated staff of 134 teachers, McKinley serves approximately 1,600 students in grades 9-12.

At McKinley, we achieve excellence through academics, fine and performing arts, and extracurricular and athletic opportunities. We demonstrate leadership by being a place WHERE CHAMPIONS ARE MADE AND SUCCESS IS TRADITION. Our commitment to community is reflected in our strong partnerships with families, stakeholders, and organizations that support student success. These include booster clubs, 21st Century programs, Arts in Stark, local universities offering College Credit Plus (CCP) courses, CommQuest, and collaborations with the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

McKinley offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, including:

  • Performing Arts: Band and choir concerts, marching band performances, an annual school musical, and drama productions.
  • Student Organizations: After-school enrichment groups, a video gaming program, Student Council, National Honor Society, and a nationally recognized Speech and Debate team.
  • School Spirit: The Pep Club helps spread Bulldog pride throughout the school and city.
